Dental Assistant (Bilingual) / Floater

Small endodontics office is looking for a fully bilingual assistant that could also help in secretarial tasks.
What you will be doing?
What you will be doing?
- Assist the doctor chair side (helping the main assistant or assisting the doctor directly); setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays/CBCTs, communicating with vendors, providers, etc.
- Assist in presenting treatment plans chairside during consultations (collect copayments, making appointments, etc.)
- Assist in documentation
- Assist in answering the phone when the front desk is on lunch or busy (training provided)
What are we looking for?
- Bilingual communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, etc. (desirable)
- Previous dental office experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with HIPPA, OSHA, infection control regulations
- Have basic mathematical skills
- A team player with good references
