Small endodontics office is looking for a part time assistant
It could be from 10 am to 5 pm or/and 4 days/week
What you will be doing?
It could be from 10 am to 5 pm or/and 4 days/week
What you will be doing?
- Assist the doctor chair side (helping the main assistant or assisting the doctor directly); setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays/CBCTs, ordering from vendors, providers, etc.
- Assist in presenting treatment plans chairside during consultations (collect copayments, making appointments, etc.)
- Assist in documentation
- Assist in answering the phone when the front desk is on lunch or busy
What are we looking for?
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous dental office experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with HIPPA, OSHA, infection control regulations
- Have basic mathematical skills
- A team player with good references
